Shipping costs $7.95 per order, and all orders over $60 ship free!
If you made a mistake or need to change your shipping address, please email us at hello@simplylifebybri.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships, but please note that changes are not guaranteed.

Defects & Damaged Goods
If your order arrives with any manufacturing defects, we will make it right.
- Send us an email at hello@simplylifebybri.com with a description and photo of the defect.
- We’ll ship a replacement to you immediately at zero cost.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your modular system. If you find it isn't the right fit for your lifestyle, we accept returns on unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that while we refund the full purchase price, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Send us an email at hello@simplylifebybri.com to being a return request.
Cancellations
Need to change something? We process orders quickly to get them to your desk, but if you email us within 2 hours of your purchase, we will do our best to cancel or edit your order before it hits the mail.
