Shipping costs $7.95 per order, and all orders over $45 ship free!
If you made a mistake or need to change your shipping address, please email us at hello@simplylifebybri.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships, but please note that changes are not guaranteed.

Defects & Damaged Goods
If your order arrives with any manufacturing defects, we will make it right.
- Send us an email at hello@simplylifebybri.com with a description and photo of the defect.
- We’ll ship a replacement to you immediately at zero cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our planners are often used as personal organizational tools the moment they are opened, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have an issue with your order that doesn't fall under a defect, please reach out to us within 14 days and we will do our best to find a solution that leaves you happy.
Cancellations
Need to change something? We process orders quickly to get them to your desk, but if you email us within 2 hours of your purchase, we will do our best to cancel or edit your order before it hits the mail.
